My name is Taylor! I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist for Clay Counseling. I am committed to helping others navigate life’s never-ending questions and challenges. I enjoy making therapy personable with humor, great communication, and a non-judgmental atmosphere.
I have worked in allied healthcare since 2018 with children and adults. My background spans from autism spectrum disorder, mood disorders, emotional disturbances, OCD, and ADHD.I have worked in a variety of settings, including residential, non-public school, pain management, and in-home services.
I received my Bachelors in Public Health with a Minor in Psychology from University or California, Merced and my Masters degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. My cutural background and faith has influenced understanding of the complexities of cultural matters, breaking barriers, faith, and daily challenges of creating space for your unique perspective on life.
My background has provided me a well-rounded perspective on mental health and how to apply therapeutic approaches. I utilize Narrative Therapy, DBT, and Solution-Focused therapy to assist you with your needs.
